We have used TC and Jamie Clements for years for our vacation needs. This past trip was no different than any others. We came to the point to purchase insurance or not. Well having 4 kids I decided that we should purchase the insurance. I say rather safe than sorry. Fast forward to the trip. We get on the ship and 2 nights in our son rolls out of bed striking his head on the nightstand. His forehead was split open and he was bleeding. We headed down to the medical center and since it was after midnight the cost was 150 dollars just to be seen. This was plus 30 for glue and 5 dollars for band-aids. When we returned we took the medical form from Carnival, uploaded it to the insurance companies website with a description of what happened. In less that 24 hours the claim was approved and we had our money 2 business days later. It was worth every penny we spent on the medical insurance. Our group of 15 recently traveled to Mexico and had a great time. We planned this trip for nine months, with the help of TC. He was a joy to work with from beginning to end. We started out with a budget and climate in mind and he helped us tremendously with the final destination; his extensive travel knowledge pointed us in the right direction. His suggestions were spot on and his assistance was invaluable. We appreciated the ease in which he handled the group and our various questions. Extremely satisfied from beginning to end!

Working with TC and Jamie Clements for our travel needs was the most pleasant experience I have ever had when booking a trip. People say you can save more by doing all of the planning yourself. That MAY or MAY NOT be true but I personally prefer someone helpful, friendly, and trustworthy to work out all the details and just call and tell me I’m all set..working with TC and Jamie that is exactly what you get. The experience of our trip to New York City was phenomenal and it was only made better by Premier Cruise Planners. TC and Jamie were willing to work with all of the specifications that we had when looking into this trip. They made sure that we were able to spend the most time we could in the city at a beautiful hotel, while working within our target spending limit.Ultimately, we came to an agreement on a package with a VERY reasonable price, but filled with endless possibilities. We had no worries as they made sure everything was taken care of at every turn, whether it was booking, reservations, flight information, or just everyday information about traveling and the city. Overall our trip was wonderful and we would definitely book a trip through them again!
